Shelli is the obvious target this next round. I haven't spoken to her, she can go.

Next round is when things get tricky. There are two pairs -- austin/nat and hot dogs/glyn. I am the swing vote, and I will have to pick which side to side with. That, or try to mediate one of the pairs to flip on the other. Scenario B is the prefered one, because then I don't have to make a decision. But scenario A is probably the one that WILL happen, so I must prepare for that and get thinking.

I got very frustrated with Natalie last night. She tried to switch up the plan and try to keep Shelli in the game and take out glyn and hot dogs this round. The rationale for this was blatantly obvious -- nat thinks Shelli is in her back pocket and wants to keep her around to give her some power.

Normally I would've Been diplomatic but I just decided to shut it down. I have not spoken to Shelli until last night, and quite frankly I don't trust her. She's gonna run back to Bruxelles. Then Natalie decided she wanted to switch the order, and get glyn out before Shelli. Which makes no sense to me? Like, it's not necessary to keep Shelli for the first round because me nat and Austin will have the numbers.

Part of me thinks that nat is paranoid I'll flip on her. Which to be fair I am considering but it's definitely telling that she doesn't trust me! She is very perceptive and she thinks of ~all scenarios~ so I would not be surprised if she was thinking this!

I have some thinking to do next vote. Shelli leaving ensures that I have all the power though.

That was pretty sloppy of Nat and Austin!

Natalie came at me agonizing all day about how she wanted to flip the script and vote out Glyn. I gave her a pretty hard no. Her reasoning still doesn't really resonate with me. She was afraid that glyn and hot dogs were close, despite the fact that me her and austin had the votes without him. Now, Austin was really on board with getting Glyn out first as well! Personally, I think they were both paranoid that I was gonna flip, so they decided to force a tie.

Austin had a rly cute charade about it too. He messaged me like right before the deadline and said he wanted to switch his vote. I told him if he and Nat wanted to tie it, I'd vote with them on a revote. At this point, Nat is nowhere to be seen! But Austin switched his vote, and then somehow nat miraculously did as well. Now Natalie told me that she was always going to vote Glyn and that she didn't know if Austin or me would end up doing it. To me, this is very suspicious!! I think they were never going to vote for Shelli, which tells me a couple things

1) My concerns mean literally nothing to them. My voice in the plan ultimately did not matter, because they were always gonna side step me
2) They also probably do not trust me too much if they didn't feel comfortable just telling me they were gonna vote Glyn.

Now, I understand that I've been pretty demanding of them the past few votes. I got what I wanted with Ricky and Steuart leaving, and then was pretty hard on Shelli leaving. Maybe they've been getting annoyed with me, but it shows that our alliance lacks a lot of base trust required to just say you disagree instead of trying to side step with your vote.

The end result is that my long term trust in Austin and Nat has pretty much crumbled. I think they are two people that when they want something, they aren't going to crumble. And they'll also go behind their allies backs to get it.

So the plan for this tribal is pretty straightforward. The targets are Shelli and Hot Dogs. Austin and Nat both told me they want Shelli out, while Shelli is pretty openly targeting Hot Dogs. That said, I could see Austin and Nat trying something funny to get Hot Dogs out and just further neuter me in this game. Because if we stay on this tribe, I could theoretically jump ship with Hot Dogs and Jasmine and take their asses out.

The question is do austin/nat know that I'm thinking of doing that???

Either way, I will be voting Shelli. But I really am at Nat and Austin's mercy, so I hope they still think I'm what's best for their game. But if we swap or merge...can't guarantee I'll be sticking by their side.

Kinda nervous about this vote ngl. It's been a little bit too easy to get Shelli out, and Nat is not putting up as much resistance as I've anticipated.

Hot dogs may go home tonight, and if he does then I REALLYYY need a swap, or I need to get to exile island next round. I think we are probably going to have a double TC next round if we don't swap :x which will be superrr funnn

If Shelli leaves though, I am golden even if we don't swap. If they blindside hot dogs (and by extension me)...you bet I'll be a bit nervous.
