Immunity Challenge #11 - Hangman
Come on in, guys!
Welcome, everyone, to your eleventh Immunity Challenge!
Today's Challenge is simple: It is a game of hangman.
Each of you has been matched up randomly against someone else in the game in a head-to-head heat. When you're ready, you will contact me on AIM and begin guessing the phrases.
The goal is to solve the phrase in as few of guesses as possible. If you guess incorrectly, you receive a strike. If you guess the puzzle incorrectly, you must guess another letter before guessing again. An incorrect guess on the puzzle also results in a strike.
If you guess an incorrect letter six times, you forfeit your match.
If both players forfeit, the first person to attempt will win the heat.
There will be a total of three phrases that we will take you through. Your goal is to win all 3 of your heats. You have been randomly seeded 1 to 8 by Random.org.
The matchups will come in the following post. The 1 vs. 8 winner will play the 4 vs. 5 winner in the second heat, and the 2 vs. 7 winner will play the 3 vs. 6 winner in the second heat. The winner of both sides of the "bracket" will then square off in the final heat. When we reach you on AIM, you will do all 3 puzzles at once.
WARNING: Once you compete, you may NOT discuss the challenge with anyone in any way. You may not receive assistance from anyone in any way. If anyone is caught, or it becomes clear that anyone cheated or collaborated (And it will be clear), you are disqualified. Automatically. No exceptions. Don't test it. At all. You MUST do your heat on your own and without outside assistance.
