i just wanted to make this so that i could commit to posting in it. longer i put it off means the less stuff i post.

nothing crazy happening, generally just getting first impressions and hating the stiffness of meeting someone. everyone's so superficial at first. but then again its really easy to see who's good at talking and who's not good at talking really quickly. cody's got a good sense of humour. dustin is like cute i guess but i can tell he's trying really hard. i get the same vibe from natalie and tim. i don't know i guess, the beginning is also a time you see who's around a lot and who's not. but it's also late and night and im stoney so it's probably not the best time to come to conclusions

anyway really excited to play. haven't played a game on proboards in a really long time, and the last game i played at all was probably 3 or 4 months ago. but i just couldnt resist  

anyway i love commentary + questions and they inspire me to keep up good confessionals and stuff so feel free to ask whatever

so far cody is the coolest but at the same time, the person thats the coolest to talk to is generally just as good socially with everyone else. so i'll continue scouting out potential friends and try to choose one that seems sorta dumb in hopes that theyll be more loyal to me than others? does that seem logical?

anyway yeah i've talked to cody and dustin the most, codys pretty and dustin wants to be. either cody and dustin will end up really close or they will be enemies. i feel like i will eventually be enemies with tim just because our personalities havent been vibing too much. i mean he sent "haha" and then didnt say anything else. obviously not remaining conscious that it takes two to tango.

it's nice to have hotdogs as a nickname though, i think it makes people like me automatically. or be really annoyed, probably no in between

ok so....

we have a challenge tonight. hopefully i can carry our tribe if need be and look like a badass but odds are we're gonna drag along the ground since it doesnt look like we have a large chunk of people here for the challenge. but thats ok! i went ahead and told cody he was my favorite. either everyone has told him that already or i'm making a little ally by telling him that. he reciprocated so hopefully that'll be a solid duo moving forward. that's generally how it works for me - get a real good partner at the beginning of the game and stick with them for as long as i can. until eventually i'm voted off and they go on to win the game.

anyway i'm just using the time between now and the challenge to chill and play some video games and chat with whoever i can. it's taking me a second to get back into the flow of keeping up with confessionals and also chatting with people but also doing my other internet stuff like waste my time on video games. but i think i still have a bit of social charm that i can work until tribals start to happen and i remember what its like to strategize in survivor. but basically right now i think it's just more of a friendship game and also who sucks the most in challenges/isn't around. unless everyone starts to spark up and be chatty, but so far the only real social butterflies ive seen are cody, me, dustin, tiffany... and tim? the rest are pretty dry. holly is very brief and is only on for a second and amber doesn't seem to be putting a lot of effort into communicating. but surely it'll all pick up soon

i'm sort of interested about this twist that's gonna go up whenever the challenge goes up. if it's something i can grab really quick or something then i think i'll go ahead and take it. why not? im confident enough that i wont screw my game up if i have a secret power. the only real ally i'd say i have is cody anyway, so any sort of security would be nice. but i'm also theorizing it'll be an ongoing mutiny twist to help coincide with the 3 country theme, all of them bordering each other etc etc
